Calling all after school artists, budding engineers, and young makers!
Free and In-Person at Assemble!
Assemble Afterschool is a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math) program for kids in grades 1-9 that give kids a space to learn through making, testing out wild ideas, and building a better future. Join Assemble teachers for afterschool from 4:00pm-6:00pm at our Penn Avenue studio.
Each week students explore the wonderful worlds of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math with hands-on activities and dreaming up creative inventions. They’ll also get special visits from local artists, makers, and technologists who will share their passion and talents with the group.
Assemble Afterschool is FREE! Assemble believes that the 21st Century skills youth learn in our programs should be accessible to everyone.
Fall 2021 Assemble Afterschool will be held in-person at our Garfield studio unless otherwise noted. Please see our Covid-19 guidelines.
